This page contains information related to upcoming changes to Crow Wing County's website.

Updated Password Requirements

The complexity and length requirements for account passwords are increasing to remain consistent with industry standards. It's strongly recommended that passwords be updated now, in advance of being required, per the requirements outlined below.

Effective October 22nd, any users with non-compliant passwords will be prompted to update the next time logging into our site.

Passwords Must

  • Not match the four most recently used passwords
  • Contain characters from three of the following four categories
    • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
    • Lowercase letters (a-z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special characters (for example: !@#$%^&*)
  • Be at least eight characters in length
  • Be changed every 90 days

Updated Password Reset Process

When requesting your password to be reset, you will receive an email from no-reply@civicplus.com containing a unique, one-time link. This is not spam and is the only method through which to update your password.

The link will direct you a page on which to enter a new password. General password requirements will be listed to assist in setting the password.
