COVID-19 Vaccine Registration

The following are current County sponsored vaccine opportunities available. Several community health partners are also hosting vaccine clinics. See COVID-19 community vaccine clinics.

If you are unable to travel to primary care providers or have difficulty in getting to a medical provider, consider registering for a homebound resident vaccine opportunity at the end of this page.

Available Clinics

Any Adults Age 18 and Older

Crow Wing County Public Health is hosting multiple COVID-19 vaccine clinics. All clinics require an appointment.

Moderna and Janssen vaccine (also known as the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) will be offered at these clinics. Moderna and Janssen vaccine is licensed for individuals 18 years and older. Those 16 and 17 years old should reach out to their healthcare provider to access Pfizer vaccine that is licensed for 16 years and older.

IMPORTANT

Only individuals that have immune compromised conditions should schedule a third dose of Moderna. This is the only approved condition at this time to receive a third dose.

Do not schedule for a booster dose of Moderna at this time. Booster doses of Johnson & Johnson have not been approved.

Homebound Residents Age 65 and Older (Pre-Registration)

COVID-19 vaccine pre-registration is now available for Crow Wing County homebound residents age 65 and older. The opportunity to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in your own home is for residents you are unable to travel to primary care providers or have difficulty in getting to a medical provider. If able, our public health team recommends you see your primary care provider for a vaccine. Homebound vaccinations may take longer to get, as the availability of vaccinations are limited.
